NEXT REGULAR PLANNING BOARD MEETING scheduled for Wednesday, May 15th, 2024 at 7pm - Town Hall 2nd Floor at 139 Main Street, Rowley. 

  • 7:00 pmNew Public Hearing –Site Plan Review application for Office for general construction, landscaping or similar contractors with open storage pertaining to the property located at 90 Newburyport Turnpike, consisting of approximately 14.1 acres, also identified by Assessor’s Map 7, Lot 14-1, located in the Business Light Industry (BLI) zoning district. 
  • 7:15pm - New Public Hearing – Special Permit application pertaining to a new illuminated, free-standing sign for the property located at 120 Newburyport Turnpike, consisting of approximately .69 acres, also identified by Assessor’s Map 14, Lot 28 located in the Retail (RE) zoning district.
