Rowley Launch ramp permits are only issued at Town Clerk's office in Rowley Town Hall during posted office hours (Residents only).  

New Mooring/ Perley's Slip Permit Applications and Renewals are now on line at  https://my.onlinemooring.com/RowleyMA/

RENEWALS: Use your Renewal Reference #, your email address or your Cell phone number to access your Renewal on the site.  Please update your information if you purchase a new boat, get a new registration or find mistakes,

ESPECIALLY YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IF IT CHANGES.
