NOTE ON SUBMITTAL DEADLINES

For applications subject to public hearings (Special Permits, Site Plans, Subdivision Review) completed applications must be submitted no less than 30 days prior to public hearing date (rule of thumb is the regular 2nd Wednesday of this month is the deadline to schedule a public hearing on the 2nd Wednesday of the following month) 

Requests for potential agenda items (informal discussions, appointments, special presentations and information sessions) to be heard by the Board at a public meeting must be confirmed 7 days prior to the scheduled hearing to allow the time necessary to publish the Planning Board agenda.  So, for a meeting held on a Wednesday evening, a potential  agenda item should be confirmed by the end of day the prior Wednesday.
