Rowley ConCom Agenda

There will be a remote public meeting of the Rowley Conservation Commission on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at 7:30 P.M. under authority of the State Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131, Sec. 40, Town of Rowley Wetlands Protection Bylaw, and the Stormwater Management and Erosion Control Bylaw. The public may not physically attend this meeting, but every effort will be made to allow the public to view the meeting in real time. Persons who wish to do so are invited to watch the meeting on Rowley Community Media TV or join the meeting from your computer, tablet or smartphone by using the link https://meet.goto.com/284981093 or you can also dial in using your phone by calling (872) 240-3311 and using access code 284-981-093. In the event that live transmission proves infeasible, an audio or video recording, transcript or other comprehensive record of the meeting will be made available on the Town’s website as soon as possible. 8:30 PM – Continued Notice of Intent at 614 Main Street (Map 31, Parcel 18) Mark Savory for The Savory Residential Realty: proposed soil testing possibly within 100' Buffer Zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands, Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage and 100' Buffer Zone to the Great Marsh ACEC.
