Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 138 of the Mass. General Laws, as amended, that the Rowley Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing on Monday, July 26, 2021 at 7:30 p.m. in the Rowley Town Hall Annex, 39 Central Street, Rowley, MA upon the application of Anonymous Brewing, LLC d/b/a Anonymous Brewing, principal Kevin Moriarty for a Farmer Series Pouring Permit Liquor License. Business is located at 60 Main Street consisting of a taproom and brewery.  Business is on a single floor with one large indoor area for consumption (1152 square feet), an outdoor patio for consumption (900 square feet), a separate brewery area (99 square feet), a room converted to a walk-in cooler (63 square feet), a restroom and separated entrance way (135 square feet).  There are two oversized overhead doors and three standard entry/exit doors.  Seating capacity of 66.  Anyone wishing to comment should attend this hearing. Written comments will be accepted.
