Notice is hereby given in accordance with Chapter 138 of the Mass. General Laws, as amended, that the Rowley Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 20, 2021 at 7:30 p.m. in the Rowley Town Hall Annex, 39 Central Street, Rowley, MA upon the application of BNR Rowley LLC d/b/a Bradford Tavern, principals Ryan Cox, Noah Goldstein and Bradley Atkinson for an All Alcohol Annual Restaurant Liquor License. Business is located at 87 Haverhill Street consisting of a free standing building, 3 floors, first floor bar and dining room, second floor dining room with bar, third floor function space with bar– 9489 sq. ft indoors.  Seating capacity of 250.  Anyone wishing to comment should attend this hearing. Written comments will be accepted.
