Abandoned Checks Updated 4-10-24

According to Massachusetts General Laws, Chaption 200A, Section 9A, checks issued by the Town of Rowley are void if not cashed within one year of the date of issue.  You can, however, get the check reissued.

If your name is the list below, you can get your check reissued by:

• Fill out the unclaimed funds form -- all information must be completed.
• Sign the form.  It must have an original signature -- electronic copies, photocopies and emailed copies will not be accepted.
• Drop off the completed form at Rowley Town Hall in the Treasurer/Collector's office or drop box outside or mail to Town of Rowley, Treasurer/Collector's office, PO Box 347, Rowley, MA 01969
