Effective July 1st, 2023, there will be a $.50 fee per transaction for paying real estate and personal property bills at Unibank. For motor vehicle excise bills paid through City Hall Systems, there will be a $.25 fee per transaction. These fees were previously paid by the Treasurer/Collector's office but due to budget constraints, we can no longer absorb these fees.
