PUBLIC HEARINGS to be convened at the January 11, 2023 Planning Board meeting:

Pursuant to G.L., c. 40A, §11, and G.L. c. 41, § 81T, and M.G.L., Ch. 40A, §5, the Rowley Protective Zoning Bylaw (Zoning Bylaw), and the Rowley Planning Board Rules and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the Rowley Planning Board will hold the following public hearings at a public meeting to be held on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 starting at 7:00pm in the Town Hall second floor auditorium located at 139 Main Street, Rowley, MA: 

7:00 pm – A public hearing for a Definitive Subdivision application of 49 Emily Lane (conventional) submitted by Bohler Engineering on behalf of Rowley Farms Development, LLC (Applicant) and Tompkins Desjardins Trust (Property Owner) for approval of a four (4) lot, conventional subdivision, pursuant to M.G.L. c. 41, § 81T and the Rowley Planning Board Rules and Regulations on property located at 49 Emily Lane and land off Daniels Road, currently consisting of two parcels identified as Assessor’s Map 9, Lot 23 (approx. 128.16 acres) and as  Assessor’s Map 9, Lot 23-24 (approx. .92 acres) both located in the Outlying (OD) Zoning District.

7:10 pm A public hearing to Amend Special Permit/Site Plan approval for the McDonald’s located at 155 Newburyport Turnpike.  The application is submitted by McDonald’s USA, LLC c/o Bohler (Applicant) on behalf of McDonald’s Real Estate Company (Property Owner) which proposes the addition of a second drive-through and other associated site improvements.  The property consists of approximately 8.2 acres and is further identified as Assessor’s Map 14, Lot 14, located in the Retail (RE) Zoning District.

 

The applications, plans, and relevant documents are on file with the Rowley Planning Board, and are available for public inspection at the Rowley Planning Board Office, Town Hall Annex, 39 Central Street, during public office hours.
