Planning Office Schedule Announcement - PB office will be closed on Wednesday 4/17, and Thursday 4/18.  Regular office hours will resume on Monday 4/22/2024.

Second MBTA Communities/3A Housing Forum – Wednesday, May 1st, 2024 from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm at the Rowley Town Hall (2nd Floor) - 139 Main Street, Rowley - Join fellow residents & Town staff to discuss and learn more about proposed Town Meeting Article 32 MBTA Communities Multifamily Overlay District (MCMOD).   Hosted by Merrimack Valley Planning Commission (MVPC) and the Rowley Planning Board.

NOTE ON SUBMITTAL DEADLINES - For applications subject to public hearings (Special Permits, Site Plans, Subdivision Review) completed applications must be submitted no less than 30 days prior to public hearing date (rule of thumb is the regular 2nd Wednesday of this month is the deadline to schedule a public hearing on the 2nd Wednesday of the following month)
