| Mission Statement |
The Finance Committee consists of nine members appointed by the Moderator. The Finance Committee is responsible for reviewing the town’s omnibus budget, town department budgets and town meeting warrant articles. The Finance Committee represents the legislative branch of town government. The Finance Committee makes recommendations on appropriations and expenditures of town funds. |

| Finance Committee Vacancies |
Town Moderator Warren Appell hereby gives notice that two vacancies exist on the Town’s Finance Committee. The Finance Committee is responsible for reviewing, considering, and recommending annual budgetary requests for appropriation in accordance with the Town’s Finance Committee Bylaw. Appointee must be a registered voter in the Town of Rowley and not currently serve on a Town elected or appointed board, commission or committee that has an annual budget of $1,000 or more.
